Job Training

Great job training. School is top of the line.

Current employees pay $20 and can take as many continuing education courses as they want. The continuing education is not paid but will directly affect pay during the tax season.

Long training. Repetitive. But, was helpful for the job and figuring out what exactly is important to say to clients.

You get a lot of hands on experience and if you run into a problem there is someone in the office with you that can answer the problem you are having.

all online, some of the training was on obvious things, but overall okay.

They decided where it will be, I live 20 miles from the nearest location that I can complete the training. I don't have any transportation that will get me there in less then 3hrs. They repeat the same training every year. No mater how many years you work for them. The wage for the training is only 7.25hr which is the same as tax pro would get if completing a tax return.

Although proper training was not given to me at the start but since I am smart, think on my feet, worked in many offices and supervised staff, I watched, asked questions, learned alot and performed better than other people who got trained.

They train you and you can get ahead when your knowledge grows
