You get a minimum of about 50 hours of paid training. You always have the option of doing extra studying on your own which will always benefit you in the end. Once you are hired you are expected to complete continuing education every year for which uou pay a flat fee but there are hundreds of courses to choose from. Some are required.

Training was easy and quick. Just need to know how to operate basic computer functions and you will be successful. Also good to know how to speak to customers on the phone-this is where a lot of the work will take place

Hundreds of hours of training available. Web-based, live webinars, and live training included. All CE available. Cost only $20/year for entirety of training. Prolific research materials and resources available. Does lack training in research skills.
