best thing is its hand on training

Hours and hours of computer training. It is all inclusive so you do learn a lot, but it's too long. About 2 weeks of daily training to finish the program.

Employees love their jobs, they’re training is over the top, so if u don’t succeed, you can’t blame anyone else.

Training from coworkers was amazing. Corporate mandated training was a joke. The first lesson taught you how to use a mouse, it is tedious and keeps you from doing actual work.

Don't require the training for the position that is applied, online. Just train you when you come on.

Training is not very great

major Job training , they want you to view all the videos from Corporate in 2 days and so many you can't possibly remember what was on them . Then like a month of training , the entire time you are talked down to by GM 's Mean Girl Team . This place is not for someone with low self-esteem cause they feed on making you feel and look stupid

Paid job training as great, but most of the training is me sitting at a computer for hours listening and watching videos and reading and answering questions. Got headaches and muscle cramps. They need to reduce the amount of online training to keep from getting ill.

40 hours on computer and more on the job

Should be ongoing and employees should have the opportunity to train for future advancememt
