Job Training

I didn't learn mu compare to lots of AGM out there.

The training depends on who they are paired with to train. Most of the desk clerks dont know how to do everything so they cant train others to do it but I think management knows that and tries to pair them with the most knowledgable clerk, its just not always possible though.

Job training was only satisfactory

Job training was done on the computer for the first half, and then I was trained by my manager for the second half. It was a breeze training at Hampton Inn! It was a very laid back training experience that I enjoyed very much.

The best thing is that you will get the training you need to do the job, but on the other hand, you only have 3 training days to learn the process.

The job training is great for Laundry Operator.
