Employee discount was pretty decent, if you ever get a chance to take a vacation, you can stay at any IHG property for a major cut in pricing. Although I was never able to take any time off, until I quit, it would have been a wonderful company benefit to use.

I feel like it would be more worth it if the rates for hotels weren't so high. There is also a mild discount on items in the marketplace

I have worked for different hotel chains and this chain offers very little employee discounts.

Best thing is the discounts you are able to receive as a benifit from the company after 90 days of employement

Best was the nightly rates for employees to stay at IHG hotels was generally $29-$59 a night. Worst was the availability of the employee rate at good hotels was severally lacking. Also, even at that nightly rate, you probably couldn't afford to stay at a hotel or any kind of vacation at the salary this hotel paid.

Best thing was that it was $29-$59 a night depending on the hotel. Worst is the availability of that rate any good hotel within the chain was lacking. Also, you probably couldn't afford it even at that rate because the pay scale to work here was terrible.

A small discount on rooms, if you can afford to travel... Not allowed to stay in hotel.
