Training is a hit and miss. You basically learn as you go.

On the job training by management.

Probably depends on the location my training was minimal because my manager refused to train people correctly.

Its great training a paid while doing it at work

Training about the brand and the perks for customers is always ongoing.

All employee have to take new employee courses through IHG by the first 14 days. They courses aren’t hard, it’s just hard finding the time to do it. It’s especially hard to do while training on the desk and trying to learn everything you need to know plus’s finding the time to take the courses. It’s just a pain the you know what.

Amazing job Training you can even continue your training through Merlin on your own.

Nothing too great, mainly just watch a video and shadow someone else.
