All U.S. full time exempt employees enjoy our Flexible Time-off policy (FTO). By allowing them to take as many days as needed eash year, they have more flexiblity in scheduling vacation time, balancing family concerns and health issues. This policy is subject to manager's approval and there is no yearly accural of time or monetary payout at the end of employment with Informatica.

We get unlimited vacation time each year and managers will not refuse anyone vacation unless it's critical for that person to be working at the time they request off.
