It was okay. I just had routine care while here.

Aetna self-funded plan not taken by lots of non-Inova practices. TERRIBLE customer service. Lots of mistakes, e.g., charging for covered services, over-billing, etc., hard to resolve because most of the customer reps are incompetent and there is no employer plan administrator to help.

You have four different health insurance plans that you can choose from. If you do annual health screenings, work out at a gym, etc. you get discounts on the health insurance.

.5 raise 6% increase in insurance 3 years in a row and we are self insured
