HSA health plan covers little, PPO option is abysmal. The PPO is expensive and still has a lot of out of pocket costs. 20% OOP costs for hospitalizations and even for prescriptions!! Terrible. I will get on my husbands health insurance instead. Not worth it.

Reduced rates through Inova doctors is nice. Part-time premiums are way too high though.

Offers well aware program to give discounts on health insurance plans. Great is you use one of Inova's hospitals but doesn't offer full coverage for out of network hospitals
