It's a good plan, tied to an HSA, good coverage, two offerings: $320 a month and $170 a month. Both are good, the more expensive one has better co-pays and out of pocket maximums.

High Deductible plan. Monthly premiums are affordable and have great coverage

Great price for health insurance with plenty of options regarding plans to best suite your needs whether single or married with children.

Only high deductible health plans offers, but premiums are reasonable. Not comparable to union or government for family plans, but individuals can get covered for ~$100/mo.

Only HDHP plans offered which is not standard in the DC area. Basically this is a cheap out way for them to kind of say they offer health insurance while making their employees pay for anything beyond a physical.

Worst Health Insurance plan that I've ever had at any employer. Only high-deductible options. All regular prescriptions must go through Express Scripts (which is terrible). MANY employees are upset, but HR and management's response is to educate employees on why we are wrong, and sell us on why the plan is actually good.
