Benefits start after your first full month and they are very affordable! Just wish the deductible wasn't so high.

I'm not 100% sure on the details but is provided. I do know higher payed employees pay higher to supplement lower payed employees

well satisfied as well with the supplement insurance i got with them as well.

The health insurance monthly premiums are higher than my last company but lower than I've paid for insurance at some other companies. The cost could just be a result of the current health insurance market that's trending toward high deductible HSA plans. Their HSA contribution is generous and helps make up for it a bit ($1,000 per year for families).

I would have liked it to start immediately for lead positions.

Actual healthcare insurance that works and is affordable for the employees.

Worst thing is continued increase in cost (BOTH premiums and deductibles have gone UP significantly in the last 2 yrs)

Lots of benefits, still massive high cost of premiums
