The options are limited with high deductibles making family and individual savings close to impossible to reach. This issue has been reported as a dissatisfier across every internal survey. Leadership claims to the contrary this has not seen any major improvement over the years.

Great insurance with many plan options and at a reasonable price.

Huge deductible and no copay - you are also deducted out of your paycheack for health insurance and if you don't have it anywhere else, you MUST take theirs. A lot of us have had problems getting the health insurance to pay claims.

Don't get sick at Insight, their health plan is the minimum allowable by law and is administered by a company called Ameriben. Unless you live in Tempe Arizona, you will spend hours submitting, explaining and resubmitting for payments. The deductable and coverage are below average and you may be better off going elsewhere for insurance

High deductible insurance is not great. Need to have more choices and not just the minimum the government requires.

The HSA was very difficult to understand. Seems like there was a lot of out of pocket.

The best thing is that there are more doctors and health professionals than not that you have access to.

One high deductible plan that was very pricy to begin with.
