It is a 6% match with fidelity. Easy to change contributions up or down.

It really does sound like a good investment at first but like I said they will not put in their match until the end of that phisical year and they say 100% up to 6% of what the employees put in but at the end of the year they will come back with they didn't make enough money so all they can do is 75 to 80 cents on the dollar up to 6% of what you put in.

Very nice match each year 5-6% minimum during my tenure

They start the 401k automatically after 60 days of working there. Did not pay attention to the package
