It was mostly done on the computer, and some of the orientation did not work because of computer error. It didn't really matter because none of the associates that work there actually do any of the orientation/training things.

Not good. Overall, it did not train you for what you were supposed to do. The impression I got was that CSR was an "off-shoot" of sales associate, so they got a lot of the same training. Nothing can prepare you for the horrors of retail.
