There are several Computer Based Training videos one can take, but you are never given the chance to take them all. They pretty much throw you in the pool and hope you can swim. If you can't, then you pretty much won't last. Common sense gets you far.

Pretty bad, considering it was seasonal and they were in a rush. Basically had to learn as I went. Getting "scolded" and yelled at for making mistakes is there where of teaching I suppose.

some of it was on the computer and some was hands on. Kind of got thrown to the wolves for some parts of the job, but someone was usually available for help when needed.
