The deductables are way to high and hard to get refferral

The best thing is that it covers 80% of all medical bill costs.

Was given opportunity to save percentage of check into HSA so I always had money for glasses and doctors appointments.

Mostly haven't qualified as I've been denied the hours to work that would have qualified me. But the well-paid managers keep me at just enough hours to keep me from qualifying for the Health benefits.

Doesn't pay much but at least it's cheap.

The one reason that we stay there! (My significant other is a full time employee) We sell fund pharmacy benefits and the formulary is expansive. Several options for medical. Our clinical pharmacists provide screenings each fall for blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and BMI. If you meet certain incentive criteria Kroger matches your payment for insurance to an extent. Our premiums are lower than the competition. We use an HSA and ours is one of the few that allows OTCs and even therapeutic massage. Our dental and vision plans are very good and have small premiums also. Again my only complaint is the lack of coverage of part time people.

Great benefits for part time and full time

This is the best part of the compensation package, and the only one that is actually good to be honest. Its like $10 week for 80/20 coverage and $25 office visits.

The insurance is amazing here. Very cheap but excellent insurance.
