Higher deductibles and premiums moving up from associate with full time status. Need to consider when accepting the position. Made sense for me and still taking home more money. But if you are not going to get paid much more per hour than what you are making it might not make sense, or could be used to increase your base wage to cover the higher costs.

I am not yet signed up for it but my understanding is that it is very good. covers any trip to osf which is a local hospital, and costs something like 7 dollars a month.
