Kroger offers trading hours for new hires. The department managers and co-managers don’t make sure it happens. The turn over is horrible. It’s my personal opinion.

Training is basic and mostly computer based. Once you're past the initial orientation, getting additional training (on new aspects of the job or just refresher courses) can be difficult because no one wants to give you time to do it.
