I did not have much

I had a person who was great but didn’t need training since I’ve worked and done this at another location but since I’ve been there they have tried to hire more than 20 employees and no one makes it past their 2nd week due to the treatment they get and expectations for a brand new employee

Training is short. Not much effort put into it.

I got good mentorship at this job.
