all you get is training. Repetitive and old.

They can do better with training especially at the store level. Within management training is very through and over 4 weeks at store level they just throw new hires out there. They need to invest in better training, it would help the stores run smoother and educating your team is power. They need to learn how to lead and train with understanding instead of dictatorship.
