The price was pretty good so long as you qualified for their discount but if you were overweight or smoked then it was 500 a month

I haven't had a ton of experience with other companies, so I am not sure how the benefits compare with other CROs. There are a few different plans to choose from and a fitness reimbursement package.

It has changed. Cost starts roughly around $200 per paycheck depending on if its just you, or your entire family, from there it goes up.

You better be the healthiest person alive to afford the insurance through Covance. Terrible way to treat your employees to make them pay the outrageous insurance premiums.

The worst thing about the health insurance is that it continued to rise in price and there was no one on site to help you through the cumbersome plans that were offered to you.

Very high monthly premium with high co pays and little options. Be careful not to get sick or go to the ER because the deductible and copays are out of this world ridiculous
