The best is that you get to experience CSI on every level of customer service and you language gets impeccable because of practicing so much. The worst is when you get an outage of service at home, it can be electricity, internet, phone issues or even their platform and system fails daily. So even when you work you miss hours tryng to fix daily issues and get penalized for that,

It's fine, but it is stressful. Not everyone who works from home is a happy person, it is like a prison.

Stay with family while working. No expenses for driving, eating out. No need to dress up "corporately".

While they allow you to work from home, they monitor your every step, oftentimes the call volume is so high and intense that you do not even manage to have bathroom or lunch breaks. The selfish tyrannical management does not give a damn!

Work form home was great, interpreting from the comfort of your home really allowed me to do a great job and concentrate in the silence of my room, which would not be possible if I worked in a call center.

work from home but you also get quality assurance many times and the retraining process takes over an hour.
