You don't have to change you PJ in order to work. BUT this will soon change as they start to require the employees to switch to a system where eventually you have to work as a remote video interpreter.

It would be a great telecommuting, family friendly job, but the truth is, since you are paid per minute of ACTIVE INTERPRETING TIME you don't have a guaranteed wage. Feast or famine. No calls? No pay that day.

The best thing is the flexible schedule. The worst thing is it is very lengthy for the interview process plus they text if you are fluent in another foreign language.

You avoid traffic and I would say save on gas or a second vehicle,but the pay is already so low that you will most likely receive a pay cut which will at the end be the same as spending money for commuting.
