I'll post about Wellbeing Dollars today. They are earned each quarter for activities that you normally would do anyway (annual physical, labs, preventive care). After an easy assessment, you can earn points for learning how to manage conditions, prepare more nutritious meals, mental health tips and financial expert advice. Some opportunities to earn are on your own schedule, and others you need to wait until that quarter to earn. It's their way of making sure you are engaged (and earning) all year long. On a single plan, I've earned $450 out of the max $750. The remaining $300 will be Q2, Q3 and Q4. Quarterly walking challenges do take some effort to track and maintain but your tracker can be set up to synch. There are multiple health plans but if employees are on United Healthcare, you can earn extra incentive dollars toward fitness equipment, trackers or even deposit into your HSA. [IRS limits apply! :) ]

Insurance package not very good.

There is a strong focus on supporting mental and physical health of the employees. Two days (16 hours) are given to each employee for volunteering. In addition, there is a strong push from the top to attend workshops and presentations on a wide variety of topics. It's quality content from neurodiversity, child and elder care topics, diversity and professional development.
