The plan is a preferred provider option (PPO) design, offered to eligible employees scheduled and working 20 or more hours per week. You may also enroll your eligible dependents.

I'm glad that it is provided however you must hit the deductible first before anything will be reimbursed. For someone who doesn't go very often, that is a little silly. Also, the prescription provider is below average.

A lot of people complain that the health insurance is not very good, and I agree, 15 minutes with a PA cost me about $100 out of a pocket.
