Work From Home

Depends on where you live, so if you live far away then remote work is not an option

Worked from home as exceptional employee except I went into the office for any Sr. level meetings prior to Covid, none during Covid, and now they are requiring the workforce to all travel to spend two days a week in an office sitting with strangers that we don't interact with. It's really a shame when working fulltime from home prior to Covid was not an issue.

Used to be great but CEO wants everyone back in the office so remote work is being discouraged in several groups. Perception that folks working from home are lazy (correct in some, but not all cases). If manager can't monitor work effectively that's a manager issue just as much as employee issue.

It can be challenging. Nothing to break up the monotony.

I work from home and feel like this is the best benefit offered.

Working from home provides great work/life balance.

Must work in office two days a week

Everyone has to be in the office 2 days a week if you live within 50 miles

Willing to purchase any supplies needed from desk to chair to office supplies
