Job Training

You are always continuing education.

The training is done mostly on a computer which taking forever to complete. Once you are at the job there it was very simple training and was pretty easy to learn.

Online assignments to complete whatsoever is required to fulfill the requirements and to expand.

Good training is provided for the positions

Training was fine, feed back was fine, except when they decide to ask about eployee performance trunother members and. Employees who wer jealous and decided to bad mouth talk or rate the employees. Negative feedback from the yoga teachers.... yes (yoga teachers competions

You are expected to be a certified lifeguard before you start this job, but when you are hired a lot of job training is required before you start your first shift. You are responsible for completing your "Learning Wells" which will teach you lifetimes standard for lifeguarding and swim instructing.

They were very detailed in their descriptions of what to do

Out-dated, limited, stupid questions and answers...

They have a training processes but all the managers do things differently. So we be re-trained at some point depends on your shift.

Just told to do things then reprimanded for not doing it in a certain exact way
