It's always changing, and sometimes they do t have it together and it sucks. It all depends how well the manager is at training

Unnecessarily long training modules that preach more than they teach. Often the modules aren't set up properly, and fail you during the assessment portion of the module. Absolutely annoying.

Job training is ok... They send you to Minnesota and you go through a fire drill type training session (meaning that it's short and they throw a million things at you) and people are eliminated daily and sent packing.

It could have been longer and more specific. I felt that they covered the basics but didn't go into much detail into how to actually perform those tasks confidently. When customers wanted something that I was not knowledgeable about and could not make, it made me look bad when in reality I just wasn't trained to know how to perform the task.
