Their training is so comprehensive, well-developed, and ongoing. I have learned so much during my time at this company.

Training can be rushed if they are very busy with several student sessions. Hard to make up that lost time.

It was paid which was very nice. The worst thing was how long the training was. It was from 7:15 to 4pm everyday and was mostly done by watching videos. It was exhausting.

Job training is very intense and lasts for two weeks. The hard part about it is their mentorship. After you have been trained to work with students on your own, a "mentor" aka, a higher up will come over and watch your session with the student. They will take notes on your performance and then critique you after the lesson. This can be very intimidating. They will do it for several months after you have been hired and then periodically throughout the year.

Training is very thorough but was not hands-on at all. When it came time to actually use the programs, it didn't go nearly as smoothly as it did in the trainings.
