Great trainings that are incredibly effective and would cost thousands otherwise. Sadly, mentoring in the field is minimal.

After the initial two weeks of instructional training, you are left to figure everything else out on your own and are scolded for doing things wrong.

The worst thing in training was the eight hour boring days of watching videos, the only benefits I got out of the training is when we did mock tutoring sessions with the other trainees for practice.

There is weekly job training in the newest and latest development and learning processes for students. Every friday or tuesday there is a conference where the training is paid for 1-3 hours of your time to learn about how to be better at your job.

The training is 80 hours and paid over a 2 week period. You are placed in a small group locally, and are training with new employees all over the country via an online platform. The training includes lots of information and can feel overwhelming.

Could be better, much more autonomous than needed.

Job training is pretty intense. It lasts two weeks, 5 days a week, from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM with two 10 minute breaks and one 45 minute lunch break. You mostly watch a trainer on a live web feed and then you get to practice teaching on other new employees. Finally, you sit in on a session and you're ready to go. You learn a lot, although it is pretty exhausting and it becomes overwhelming to receive so much information at once.
