The worst thing about the healthcare plan is the high deduction rates

Limited Care providers to choose from per area of employment.

Health insurance is terrible. Everything is high deductible. You pay 100% of your own medical costs until you hit your deductible (mine is $5100), then they will pay 80% after that. On top of premiums that are around 30-40/week.

High deductible health plan. $3500 deductible.

It's good that Lockheed offered health insurance, but I rate that the employees have to pay has gone up 200% over the last 4 years.

Worst. They pay for nothing until you hit $3000 for the year. When I say nothing I mean nothing. Daughter gets the flu, they pay nothing. $0 for the doctor, $0 for the prescription. I paid $240 for Tamiflu using their prescription plan. $240 for 1 case of the flu. Plus $100 to see the Doctor. Crazy.
