The premiums kept creeping up. The plans started to be higher deductible and cost the employees more

Terrible! As a single person I pay $60 from each week's paycheck for insurance. If I need anything health related I pay 100%. My insurance will pay 20% only after I have paid $2,500 on top of what comes out of my paychecks. It isn't until I've paid $6,000 out of pocket that my insurance will begin paying 100%. I am terrified that something may happen to me and under this plan I cannot afford to start a family since each member is just a multiple of the costs already mentioned.

The 2018 plan costs me more per paycheck than previous years and I now have to pay 100% of all medical expenses until I reach my deductible (~$2-$3k). I am a healthy person and I will have less income this year because of this plan.

It's all high deductible now, so you will be on the hook for the first few thousand dollars of medical expenses before they pay anything.
