Price is high for Health insurance compare to company size.

I like that I can earn cash to defray the cost of the deductibles by taking "healthy actions" including participation in the fitness program, where cash is earned by recording pedometer steps or heart rate monitor activity statistics.

It used to be strong. Premiums have risen, deductibles have risen. Less converge. All right overall.

It is very expensive and you are stuck paying a lot of the bills yourself.

Lockheed's healthy benefits are great - you can go anywhere and it is accepted. Zero complaints!! Extremely happy with it.

Policy is expensive (5.5k for family for year) and deductibles are high (1k/person, 3k/family), but network is broad. Deductibles can be reduced with participation in healthy actions program (walking, routine physicals, etc).

It's set up strangely, and if you rarely go to the doctor, it can get expensive. The out of pocket expenses early on are steep, and they try to help you out with those costs; however, it's often unrealistic. If you go to the doctor often or have a surgery, you'll reach your maximum pretty quickly. It's best to get an HSA either way.

It was good when they offered an HMO plan, but now they force you into a high deductible plan that is not good.
