Only one choice available, requires you to track payments, seems expensive (especially deductible).

No choices of plan. High deductible and average company contibution. I spent more on the lmhealthworks plan out of pocket than any other I have had.

Lockheed has a comprehensive benefits package. 401K package is very good if you take advantage of it.

The health insurance premiums are very high for the low level of coverage we have. High deductibles and co-insurance limits are a back breaker, especially when there is no HSA to help cover the costs. Aetna, who administers the plan, uses any excuse possible to not pay out on claims.

The monthly cost increased as well as the out of pocket cost. Using the insurance is expensive and often I don't go to the doctor because of the cost.

Very good coverage in the plan. But thanks to the Affordable Care Act (Obmacare), rates and deductibles are increasing, though they have kept a reasonable lid on them. They also provide free health coaching and other incentives to reduce the cost of health care.
