"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Good company match for the 401k plan (6% base + 0.5% up to an additional 4%, so 10% total). They did recently implement a vesting schedule however, must be with the company a minimum of 5 years to get the full match; formerly was active upon immediate hire. This requirement does rollover, but still is a new policy recently implemented starting in 2025. HDHPs only option for health insurance, but offers a good network for providers, plus can contribute to HSAs. No unlimited PTO, but also never been denied a time off request, plus can buy back time off as needed by flexing forward or back a week.
