401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Pretty good health insurance. Really good and cheap if you have tricare ( the supplement is dirt cheap). Full vision and dental. 9/80 work week is a really attractive benefit as well.

The benefits package are really good. The work life balance is also very good. Many other industries and companies don't come even close to what Lockheed Martin offers.

401k matching, tuition reimbursement, medical insurance was good.

The 401k employer matching amount seems to be on par with other companies in this area. They've narrowed down the medical to only one option. I wish they still had at least two medical packages to choose from like they used to.

It is sub-par benefits, with ever increasing insurance rates, with a high deductible to have any insurance coverage.

Benefits are good, except there are two packages. The latest package for new highers has a lower vacation accumulation than the previous package among other things. I think this is to drive a wedge between employees to maybe force the Union out. News Flash: the union ain't going nowhere.
