401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Pretty good retirement matching, though the health plans were always changing and every change seemed to make them slightly worse.

Flex schedule, paid for overtime, start accruing 3 weeks of vacation per year immediately, long Christmas break.
There is also an on-site healthcenter for employees to use.

Lack of leadership, poor budgeting, wasteful spending, lack of career growth, red tape everywhere, lack of innovation, just here to collect a paycheck

Good packages all around. 401k, discounts with several retail suppliers.

401k, vacation time and pension were all good. The LM Healthworks insurance is a high deductible plan and is not very good.
