Health Benefits are a joke, so expensive that it eats 40% of pay check. Vision and Dental are cheap and good plans. 401K is good. agency matching contribution are 4%. Employee Discount program is huge!

As with all large corporations, they offer everything under the sun but it is very expensive. LM has everything you could want and they recognize partners as well.

Very flexible with time off and flex schedules. 9/80 work hours afford every other Friday off, which is nice. Most organizations encourage a healthy work/life balance and no longer expect the 60 hour work week consistently.

Great pay as an intern...$20+...they start socking away money for you but it only vests if you come on full-time after you graduate. They will pay for you to go on business trips if deemed necessary, as well as your travel time. They also offer a 9/80 work schedule which I really enjoyed. Great setup for an intern!

Was on the corporate benefit structure and it was fantastic. The health care was very inexpensive, matching 401k as well as having a capital investment fund where the company put 3% of your salary in per year

The company reputation is great.

Healthcare and Pension are the best, no paid paternity leave worst. But benefits for Union members are really great at this time

The health insurance, but 401K Plan used to be better but the employer contribution has been reduced since I first started working for the company.
