401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

401 K is good. There severance package was excellent. Health care is okay. Time off is very good and they have a very secure way to do work from home.

Health, Dental, Vision, Short-term/Long-term disability, Life-Insurance, FSA, and HSA are all very good at Lockheed Martin. Company also provides tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, flexible work schedules, telecommuting and many other benefits. Training can be excellent depending on current assignment, budgets, and role.

Savings and Security plan is very good and had great tools for ensuring a properly diversified portfolio.
Good medical plan with lots of helpful incentives to keep healthy.

401(k) matching is probably the best part. Didn't take advantage of the health care so not sure how it ranks.
