"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Vacation is only 2 weeks for new hires and the company offers two benefits packages which one package is more lucrative. There's a corporate package which is the best and Operations Support which is not really good package.
