IF you got in the company before a certain year cut off you are included in their retirement/pension plan. If you came after 2003 -- you are not eligible for the pension. OH WELL. We who are in the pension, just hope that there will be money in there when we are retirees.

They don't have a retirement plan. They used to have a pension but even people who started when the pension was around are getting it taken away.

The Lockheed Martin Retirement Plan was one of their better benefits. Unfortunately it is being frozen and phased out within the next few years.
