They do well with 401k matching.

Plenty of paid time of accrued, saved up close to 4 weeks of PTO.

Good amount of time off to start but doesn't increase for awhile.

Standard PTO calendar for holidays. Forced holiday shutdown (where you have to allocate around 4 days of floating towards end of the year). You get 4 weeks of PTO. No sick leave since the 1 week was combined earlier in 2024.

5 weeks plus plant shut down
