Vacation & Paid Time Off

very good-10 hours of vacation accrued every month or 3 weeks total plus the approximately 1week off between Christmas and New Years--very nice

I have heard that Lockheed is one of the best. It is unfortunate that some employees like myself are short staffed and cannot take full advantage of it.

It is pretty good and allows 10-weeks of vacation accrual, which is apparently not common. We don't get all of the President's bdays, and stuff, but we get the major holidays and they bunch the others in a nice week off at Christmas.

Can keep 10-weeks on the books, and I like the clumping of some of the paid holidays at Christmas.

Starting 2 weeks/yr, after 5 years goes up to 3 weeks/yr

Vacation and Paid Time off is very good. Employee and work extra hours for new vacation hours if he/she used up his/her vacation time during the year.

It's great, but the culture doesn't allow you to be missing. You'd better be back like you were never gone on day one.
