2 weeks vacation for new hires unless you're working for corporate who get 3 weeks

3 weeks paid vacation depending on length of employment. Some are grandfathered into 4 weeks or more. Sick leave is very flexible, but they do look to you off setting it by working overtime (unpaid).

Not bad. I got enough time off to catch up on work at home. More would have been better!

Vacation is capped at 400 hours, but employees are allowed to carry vacation over each year until the cap is reached. Time above the cap must be used or can be donated to charity.

Vacation accruement rate reduced past couple of years and maximum total stops at 4 weeks per year.

Amount of time given for years of service is comensuate, but forcing the use or lose concept is despicable...especially since they state we are lsoing nothing despite the fact we earned that time and we cannot acrue it beyond a cetrtain point.
