Very generous PTO policy. Great work life balance.

Recently reduced the maximum vacation hours you can accumulate. This could be challenging if you’ve been with the company for a while, and you don’t normally take long vacations (2 weeks or more) or multiple vacations during the year. You lose any unused hours over 250.

The vacation package is pretty good.
