Vacation & Paid Time Off

I worked on a classified program and when I got COVID and was forced to stay home for 2 weeks, and instead of reimbursing me for sick days that I was forced to take, instead they made me charge 70 hours of vacation time, the equivalent of 7 months.

Holiday Pay + 4 weeks PTO + other paid leave (Jury, bereavement, spouse disability, baby bonding, etc.)

Solid PTO plan, no sick leave.

Industry Standard PTO policy of 3 weeks of PTO and then standard federal holidays off

The PTO program was great!

Time off period towards end of year, Not a lot of holiday off days

Standard 3 weeks. Can stockpile up to 200 hours.

You occur PTO every month
