They have a nurse that they employ directly who is absolutely useless. However he does not hold back his judgments, either. He presses you for information which you are not required to provide (privacy laws), under the guise that he will give you health guidance, and then he has nothing medical to offer (just says "see a specialist"). He is clearly on the company's side and only there to gather facts for them. Untrustworthy, which nobody needs in their health care.
