Health Insurance

Better than insurance on the private market; domestic partnership benefits; but declining coverage levels.

The health insurance is through Aetna, which is a major insurer. This allows for a lot of options in choices of doctors, clinics, etc. Associates have their choice of plans which vary on cost, coverage and deductible to meet each individuals needs. The cost to the associate is pretty minimal and is taken out pre-tax so it is not much of a hardship for most.
