10% off but you have to use your paycheck to purchase times so you can never go over what you would make in a week. Also you are held commited contractually to never build a house while employed by company

You get 10 percent---but it is payroll deducted--up to 70 percent of your NET pay. So if you work part-time and shop just a little, your check will be reduced. You can NOT afford a discount on big ticket items unless you are a manager and work lots of hours.

The worst thing was that it had to come out of your upcoming paycheck to be able to use the discount.

Some people may or may not like this but the discount is drawn straight from your check each week. You use your employee ID which acts as a card that withdraws funds from your payroll check.

I feel the percentage could have been higher on the discount because 10% seems a little low. I did like how you swiped your badge to make the purchases.

The worst thing that comes with the discount is that you have to use your check's, and not money out of your pocket.

Its only a 10% disount. When purchasing you slide your badge, sign for it, and it comes off your next paycheck. If youre not careful, you can receive a very small paycheck. Also you have to wait three weeks before you can start to receive employee discounts.

10% doesn't do much of anything compared to the amount of time you work.

10% off every purchase. Regardless of the cost to Menards, the employee discount is 10%.

Comes out of paycheck, and really not the most impressive discount ever.
