It's not that great of copay. The basic health care insurance plan for a single person is $200 a month. The other options are vastly more expensive.

The best thing about the Health insurance...is probably that it is available? Honestly, it is mediocre to mid-range insurance at best. They cost a lot, especially compared to earnings, and the coverage isn't that impressive. Menards does normally offer a choice of three plans however, that does shift around premium expense vs. out-of-pocket expense, so that accounts for something.
Health insurance is not offered outright to part-time employees, however, part-time employees that average 30+ hours a week over a year's span may be asked if they would like to sign up.
