Very expensive and high deductible.

It's not that great of copay. The basic health care insurance plan for a single person is $200 a month. The other options are vastly more expensive.

Didnt use the benefit since my health care was income based.

The best thing about the Health insurance...is probably that it is available? Honestly, it is mediocre to mid-range insurance at best. They cost a lot, especially compared to earnings, and the coverage isn't that impressive. Menards does normally offer a choice of three plans however, that does shift around premium expense vs. out-of-pocket expense, so that accounts for something. Health insurance is not offered outright to part-time employees, however, part-time employees that average 30+ hours a week over a year's span may be asked if they would like to sign up.

It is full coverage so there's nothing bad about it at all. It's actually one of the main reasons I wanted to job
